Personalized Brass Sun Dog and Cat Tag

It is made of brass, a material that retains a beautiful golden shine while developing a natural patina over time. It's precisely this slight change in color that many of our customers appreciate, an object that lives with their pet rather than a frozen metal.

The tag measures 30 mm in diameter, and 2 mm thick. It comes with two stainless steel rings, one 15 mm and one 20 mm, suitable for all collars. The front and back engraving is so clear and deep that the name on the front and up to three lines of contact information on the back will remain legible for years.

Why brass rather than another material?

Stainless steel remains our most versatile reference; it doesn't change over time and requires the least maintenance. Copper shares with brass this appreciation for living metal, but with a more rosy hue and a more pronounced patina. Titanium, on the other hand, is the lightest and most hypoallergenic of our materials, a good choice for sensitive skin. Brass, like that of this tag, offers a nice balance between golden luster and robustness.
